Ingredients:

• 4 cups of finely shredded carrot
• 1 cup of diced red apples ( mixed with a little lemon juice to stop browning )
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup walnuts
• 1/4 cup Janesce salad dressing

Method:

1. Mix together first 4 ingredients and chill for 20 mins. Add salad dressing just prior to serving
