Ingredients:
• 1/2 red cabbage finely shredded
• 1/4 cup green apple finely diced ( squeeze of lemon to stop browning)
• 1 cup sultana grapes
• 1 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup walnuts
• 1/4 cup roasted almonds rough chopped
• 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Mix all salad ingredients, chill for 10 mins and add yoghurt prior to serving
SERVES 4
