• 2-3 ripe avocados
• 4-6 tblspn organic cacao
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• Agave syrup, honey or other natural sweetener
1. Blend avocado, cacao and vanilla essence until smooth.
2. Add sweetener a little bit at a time blending in between until the ´mousse´ becomes sweet enough.
3. refrigerate and/or eat!
Blending instead of mashing gives the mousse the most delectable consistency. The trick is to do everything in increments until you achieve the flavor you want.
Don’t tell your family or houseguests the ingredients of the mousse and enjoy their response!
