Ingredients:

• 4 Granny Smith apples
• 200 grams almond meal
• dates chopped
• Handful of walnuts chopped coarsely
• Honey to taste
• Cinnamon
• Dob of Butter for each apple

Method:

Core the apples, and run a knife around the girth of the apple just to break the skin.
Combine all the dry ingredients and drizzle honey over to combine. Stuff apples with the mixture. Put a dob of butter on the top of each apple.
Place apples in a greased oven proof dish and cover with lid or alfoil. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 mins until soft.
Serve hot with vanilla yoghurt
