Mixed Berry Anti-Oxidant Smoothie


• 1 cup grape or cranberry juice
• 1 cup frozen mixed berries or strawberries
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon vanilla yoghurt Ice
• Tsp honey to taste ( if fruit juice is unsweetened )
• ( 1 tablespoon cold pressed safflower oil )


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Best drunk straightaway.

Extra Info:

if your heatlhy options guide advises against eating strawberries, use other berries available either frozen or fresh.The cold pressed safflower oil is essential for skn health.
