Artichoke and Bean dip


• 170g jar 97% fat-free marinated artichokes, drained
• 400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• Vegetable sticks, to serve


Process artichokes, beans, garlic and lemon juice until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Serve with vegetable sticks
