Tangy Mushroom Salad


• 3 cups of sliced mushrooms
• 1 red capsicum finely sliced
• 2 sticks of celery finely sliced
• handful of fresh chopped parsley
• 2 tomatoes chopped
• 1 cup mung bean sprouts
• 2 desert spoon tamari
• 3/4 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
• Good squeeze lemon
• 1 teaspoon honey


Toss all ingredients together and serve
