    Senna - Effective against constipation

    Burdock - Acts as a diuretic and blood purifier

    Fennel - Stimulates digestion and prevents griping often caused by purgatives

    Chaparral - Superior system and blood cleanser

    Yellow Dock - Mild laxative and detoxifying properties

    Uva Ursi - Well-known diuretic that supports elimination

    Dandelion - The most pleasant and widely used diuretic plant, stimulates gastric secretions for proper digestion

    Hydrocotyle Asiatica - Offers mild laxative and diuretic effects

    Elder Flowers - Functions as a diaphoretic (promotes sweating), anti-spasmodic, vasodilator, and emollient

    Juniper - Acts as a diuretic supporting detoxification

  • Adults: One teaspoon (2-3 ml) before meals

    How to Take It

    Dilute in water (hot, cold, or warm)

    If you don't enjoy the taste, you can mix it with apple juice instead

    How Often Should I Take It?

    For maintenance: Once per day as a daily tonic

    For intensive cleansing: Three times per day before meals

    Everyone's body responds differently to the Janesce Aperitif. We recommend starting with one teaspoon in water, three times daily before meals, and adjusting based on how your body responds. If you experience excessive digestive activity (especially during periods of fasting), simply reduce your dose.

    For best results, after completing an intensive cleansing regimen, support your body with plenty of fresh, whole foods to maintain your results and continue your skin transformation journey.

    Janesce products contain up to 70% more plant actives than many other botanical ranges.

    Plant actives are extracted from plants in the onsite lab at Claret Ash Farm. They are left to mature for years at a time, like a fine wine.

    There are no nasties in Janesce products. 

    Plant extracts provide the active ingredients in each product. 

    Moisturisers feature quality plant oils and shea butter. 

    Waxes are plant-based, derived from coconut oil.

    *In the wider Janesce range, the honey used in some Janesce Skincare products is ethically sourced from happy bees. Silk-proteins used in several products are also ethically sourced.

  • Our skin has a natural barrier. It protects the deeper layers of skin from environmental irritants. In the beauty industry today, this skin barrier is often stripped away through over-cleansing, exfoliation and harsh peels. 

    At Janesce we have the upmost respect for the skin barrier. We believe it is vital to work in harmony with the skin’s defences, not against them. Our skincare philosophy works to strengthen this layer and foster a healthy, natural glow.  

  • In Janesce, we place a high priority on strengthening the skin barrier – the uppermost layers of skin that protect the vulnerable layers beneath. Over-cleansing can undermine the skin barrier. This is one of the biggest causes of skin problems, even for oily skin! This is why we recommend you cleanse in the evening only. 

    In the morning, simply wipe the skin with a damp cloth and move onto The Janesce Skin Soaking Routine. This will remove any excess oil or perspiration without compromising the skin barrier.
