• 1 cup muesli
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup dates or 1/2 dates and 1/2 apricots
• 1/2 cup sultanas or mixed fruit
• 4oz butter
• margarine or nuttelex
• 1 egg
• 1/2 raw sugar
• 1 cup wholemeal S.R. Flour
• 1/2 cup currants
• 1/2 cup nuts-chopped
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoons honey.


Mix dry ingredients. Melt butter and honey, beat egg and add all to dry ingredients mixing well. Using a teaspoon shape mixture into balls about the size of a walnut. Place on a greased slide and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350F (electric). Makes approximately 4 dozen.
