Tropical Yoghurt Smoothie


• 1 cup of tropical fruit juice ( unsweetened )
• 1 banana
• Half fresh mango
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt
• (Tablespoon of cold pressed safflower oil)


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Best drunk straightaway.

Extra Info:

Any sweet stone fruit in season can be used – just make sure that it is well blended if using apricot, nectarine or any fruit that has a skin. The cold pressed safflower oil is essential for skn health.
