So far so good on the vital cleanse, Sheryl has found that she has been getting quite hungry by mid afternoon so I have suggested some carrot and celery sticks with a little hummus rather than fruit – that seems to be helping. We are both starting to feel that we have more energy and clarity too.
The image below is our favourite breakfast option so far, it’s called overnight oats. You prepare it the night before so it’s nice and easy to put together the following morning.
