Claret Ash Farm

On a hot parched January day in 1981 Janice Smith found "Claret Ash" an old dairy farm. The soil was good, the climate temperate and Janice knew that her plants would thrive there. To begin Janice moved her family to live in the cottage, and prepared the soil for her first plantings. Sticking to just overnight oats for breakfast everyday this week, made a batch to last me, I'm too busy to change it up everyday! Meet Moana, she has already done the cleanse once and loved the benefits so much that she is now doing it for the second time! She is keeping a diary for us so that we can all see and appreciate that even though life can can be very busy it's still possible to do something positive just for you!
